Evaluation: Judge Rosemary Cosgrove-Aguilar’s scores were quite positive. Experience & Education: Judge Rosemary Cosgrove-Aguilar received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in 1986, and she received her law degree from the University of Arizona in 1990. She was appointed to Metro Court in 2013 and then elected in 2014. Judge Cosgrove-Aguilar’s community involvement includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law. She also serves on the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges.
