Evaluation: Judge Daniel Ramczyk received positive ratings from attorneys and court staff. For example, attorneys rated the judge highly for displaying fairness and impartiality toward each side of the case, being attentive to the proceedings, punctuality in commencing proceedings, demonstrating appropriate demeanor on the bench, and for ensuring his personal staff is professional, productive and knowledgeable of court policies and procedures. Experience & Education: Judge Daniel Ramczyk was appointed to the District Court bench in 2019 and elected in 2020. Judge Ramczyk is experienced in civil and criminal law. He currently hears exclusively civil cases but was initially appointed as a criminal District Court Judge. Before becoming a District Court Judge, Judge Ramczyk served as a Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court Judge from 2003 to 2019. Judge Ramczyk received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Mexico in 1980 and his law degree from the University of New Mexico in 1983.
