Evaluation: Judge Conrad Perea received very positive ratings from attorneys. Attorneys rated the Judge highly for being courteous to all participants, demonstrating appropriate demeanor on the bench, being attentive to the proceedings, and for ruling on motions or cases in a timely manner. Experience & Education: Judge Conrad Perea was appointed as a District Court Judge in April 2017 and elected in November 2018. Prior to the appointment, he served as a Doña Ana County Magistrate Court Judge for a number of years. He hears criminal cases. Judge Perea graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in government. In 2004, he received a Juris Doctor degree from Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver.
