Experience & Education: Judge Shannon Broderick Bulman was appointed to the bench in January 2020 and subsequently elected in November 2020. Prior to her judicial appointment, she was a domestic relations hearing officer, a Probate Judge, and worked in private practice. Judge Bulman graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in 1985 and the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1989.
