Judge Biedscheid was rated highly by attorneys for being courteous to all participants, demonstrating appropriate demeanor on the bench, being punctual in commencing proceedings, being attentive to proceedings, and for conducting himself in a manner free from arrogance. Experience & Education: Judge Bryan Biedscheid was appointed to the bench in March 2019 and was subsequently elected in November 2020. Prior to his judicial appointment, he worked in private practice where he had a general civil practice. Judge Biedscheid graduated from the University of New Mexico with a B.A. in 1990 and the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1996.
