Experience & Education: Judge Lee A. Kirksey graduated from Angelo State University and received her law degree from Texas Tech University in 1999. She was appointed as a District Court Judge in October 2014 and was subsequently elected in November 2014. Prior to becoming a District Court Judge, Judge Kirksey practiced family and civil law. Judge Kirksey’s community involvement includes church, Special Olympics, Rules of Civil Procedure Committee, and the FosterEd Local Planning Committee.
