Evaluation: Overall, Judge Marci Beyer’s survey results were somewhat mixed. Attorneys rated her positively for being attentive to proceedings, being courteous to all participants, and for ensuring personal staff are professional, productive and knowledgeable of court policies and procedures. Attorneys rated Judge Beyer somewhat lower concerning sound legal reasoning and being knowledgeable regarding substantive law and the rules of procedure and evidence. Court staff results for Judge Beyer were generally positive.
