Evaluation: Judge Beatrice Brickhouse received positive ratings from attorneys and court staff. Attorneys gave her positive scores for maintaining proper control over proceedings, for being attentive to the proceedings, for being punctual in commencing proceedings, and for ensuring that her personal staff is professional, productive and knowledgeable of court policies and procedures. In several areas, Judge Brickhouse improved her scores among attorneys when compared to her prior evaluation in 2017. Judge Brickhouse also received positive scores from court staff in all areas.

Experience & Education: Judge Beatrice Brickhouse was appointed as a District Court Judge in 2009 and elected to the position in 2010. She presently serves as the Presiding Judge of the Civil Division. Prior to becoming a District Judge, Judge Brickhouse served as an Assistant City Attorney in Albuquerque and as an Assistant District Attorney. She also had a private practice and is an Army Veteran. Judge Brickhouse received her undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University in 1984 and her law degree from the University of Arizona in 1992.
