Evaluation: The Rules Governing the Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission allow for an evaluation of a judge only if a judge has served at least two years in the current position or has sufficient data to achieve a statistically valid sample. Judge Daylene Marsh has served on the Eleventh Judicial District Court since September 2012, which does not allow enough time or sufficient data for the Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission to evaluate her prior to the November 2014 election.
Experience & Education: Judge Daylene Marsh was appointed District Judge in September of 2012 and elected in November 2012. Prior to the appointment, she worked as an assistant district attorney and in private practice. She presides over a diversified docket and hears both civil and domestic relation cases. Judge Marsh received her undergraduate degree from University of Denver and her law degree from Texas Southern University in 1989.
