Evaluation: Judge Reynolds received positive scores from all populations surveyed during this evaluation process. The evaluation results indicate he received high ratings among attorneys for discharging responsibilities diligently, being attentive to the proceedings, treating self-represented litigants fairly, and for ruling on motions or cases in a timely manner. The court staff and resource staff (e.g. law enforcement officers, CASA volunteers, etc.) rated him highly for discharging responsibilities diligently, for being prompt in scheduling hearings and trials, and for being punctual in commencing proceedings.

Experience & Education: Judge Reynolds has served as a District Court Judge since July 2005. He handles the water law cases, Drug Court, and hears both civil and criminal cases. Prior to becoming a judge, he served as an Assistant District Attorney and worked as an associate in law firms for 6 years in Alaska. He also worked in private practice for 13 years in New Mexico. Judge Reynolds received a B.A. in 1977 and a Masters degree in 1981 from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from the University of Wyoming in 1986.
