Evaluation: Judge Daniel Ramczyk received positive scores from all groups surveyed. Lawyers gave him high marks for being attentive to the proceedings, being punctual in commencing proceedings, treating self-represented parties fairly, and for ensuring his personal staff is professional, productive, and knowledgeable. The court staff rated Judge Ramczyk highly in all areas. Likewise, the resource staff (e.g., law enforcement officers) also rated Judge Ramczyk positively in all areas.

Experience & Education: Judge Ramczyk was appointed to the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court in April 2003 and was elected in 2004. His prior work experience includes service as an assistant district attorney, assistant city attorney, and several years in private practice. He serves as a criminal judge and also presides over the Competency Court. He received his undergraduate and, in 1983, his law degree from the University of New Mexico.
