For example, attorneys rated Judge Garcia well for writing clear, thorough and logical decisions, for maintaining proper control over the proceedings, and for being attentive to the proceedings. Court staff gave Judge Garcia positive ratings for his dignified demeanor and for respecting all court employees regardless of their position. Among resource staff (e.g. law enforcement officers, probation officers, etc.), the judge received positive scores for being courteous to all participants and for having a dignified demeanor.
