Experience & Education: Judge Willliam Parnall graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara in 1974 and earned his JD degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1979. After working in the juvenile division of the Public Defender’s office, he was in private practice until 2007, when he was appointed to the bench. He has served in the Children’s Court Division for 17 years.
