Experience & Education: Prior to being elected to the District Court in 2022, Judge David E. Finger served as District Attorney for the Fifth Judicial District Court from 2008 to 2011. Following that, he served as Lea County Magistrate Court Judge from 2011 to 2022. Judge Finger received his undergraduate degree in 2000 from the University of Michigan-Flint and his law degree from the University of Denver in 2006.
