Make your voice heard. Vote!

On September 12, 2012, the New Mexico Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission (JPEC) released its evaluations on whether to retain Justice Richard T. Bosson to the Supreme Court of New Mexico, Judge Roderick T. Kennedy to the New Mexico Court of Appeals, and Judge Michael Vigil to the New Mexico Court of Appeals. All three individuals must receive at least 57% voter approval to remain on the bench.

Please review our evaluations and vote in ALL races and ballot measures - including the judicial retention elections. Your vote does matter!

Important dates are:
Absentee Voting -- Oct. 9-Nov. 2, 2012
Early Voting -- Oct. 20-Nov. 2, 2012
In-Person Voting (Election Day) -- 7 a.m.- 7 p.m. November 6

Este septiembre 12, 2012 la Comisión de Evaluación de Desempeño Judicial (JPEC) del estado de New México presentó su evaluación sobre la posibilidad de retener o no a los jueces Richard T. Bosson en la Corte Suprema de New México, Roderick T. Kennedy en la Corte de Apelación de New México y a Michael Vigil en la Corte de Apelación de New México. Cada uno de estos tres jueces deberá recibir al menos la aprobación del 57% de los electores para permanecer como juez en tribunal.
